Shipping Information

The Elegant Cookie ships all cookie and gift orders via UPS because of their superior handling of perishable products.  Exact shipping costs will be
calculated during the checkout process.

Packages shipped GROUND DELIVERY may arrive one or two days after your expected delivery date.  Confirming the exact time of delivery for
ground shipments is beyond our control.  The Cookie Cupboard cannot be responsible for delayed deliveries due to acts of God, heavy holiday
shipping schedules, weather, no recipient response, rural area constraints, incorrect address information or invalid delivery date entered.

ALL ORDERS PLACED BEFORE 11 AM CENTRAL STANDARD TIME WILL BE SHIPPED THAT BUSINESS DAY.  ALL OTHERS WILL BE SHIPPED
THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY.  WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SUBSTITUTE ITEMS IF NECESSARY.
